Oakmont at Gordon Park offers a Memory Care Program, providing the care, respect, dignity, and quality of life our residents deserve, and their loved ones want for them. Highly trained, kind and caring staff dedicate each day to life-affirming activities, enriching the lives of our residents.
We offer a unique, person-centered, activity-focused approach to providing exceptional care and enhanced well being. Our caring team works directly with each Memory Care resident, capturing a lasting legacy of details about family, friends, career, hobbies, likes and dislikes – resulting in custom programming. The program is designed to promote physical and emotional wellbeing, prolong daily functioning, and maintain purpose, satisfaction, dignity and quality of life for each resident.
